Terms and Conditions for Outdoor Life Cycle

Welcome to Outdoor Life Cycle! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Outdoor Life Cycle (“we,” “us,” “our”), a mobile bike mechanic company. By booking services or using any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information Outdoor Life Cycle is a mobile bike mechanic service that provides on-site repair and maintenance for bicycles. We serve customers in various locations based on our service area.

2. Booking Services

  • You can book our services online through our website, by phone, or via email.
  • All bookings are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
  • For appointments, you must provide accurate and complete information, including the type of service requested, bike details, and contact information.

3. Service Area Our services are available within the specified geographic areas. Please confirm whether we service your location at the time of booking. We may not be able to fulfill bookings outside of our designated service areas.

4. Payment

  • All services must be paid upon completion of the service, depending on the arrangement.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, mobile payment apps, BACs and cash.
  • Prices for services will be provided before the service begins. Any additional services required beyond the scope of the initial booking may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee, depending on the circumstances.
  • If a customer fails to be present for the scheduled appointment without prior notification, a “no-show” fee may apply.

6. Service and Warranty

  • We aim to provide high-quality and professional service. However, our technicians are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, neglect, or other external factors beyond our control.
  • Our services come with a warranty on the parts (provided by us) and labour used for repairs. The duration of this warranty on parts and labour is 1 month from service date. Specific warranty terms will be provided on some parts based on manufacture warranty.
  • If any issues arise from our work within the warranty period, please contact us immediately for resolution.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your bike is accessible and safe for our mechanic to work on at the time of the appointment.
  • You must inform us of any special conditions, repairs, or issues related to your bike at the time of booking.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing issues not disclosed at the time of the service.

8. Liability

  • While we take every care to perform our services to the highest standard, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided, including any repairs, but does not extend to the replacement of bikes, frames, or other major components, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Prohibited Uses
